A January Walk

We've been having the most gentle winter in my corner of the world so far, and I can't say that I mind. At all. Sure, snow can be great, but the dark winter months sure feel a lot shorter when it's not bitterly cold and you can go for a walk without freezing your nose off.

I'm still enjoying the hell out of my brand new Hunter boots :) I love how I can just barge through puddles of rain and mud while everyone else has to stay on the dry pathways (of which there are few these days ;)

But still: let's hope this gentle weather keeps it up until February, and Spring will arrive early March :) 

And until then? I will walk in the mud, and photograph the sky.
