Photography

I bought my first digital single-lens reflex camera in 2010, and photography has been a big part of my daily life ever since. Whether it's using different lenses with my DSLR or taking snapshots with my iPhone, capturing the small moments in life is always fun, and always important. Because before you know it, they're gone.  

I love bright, vibrant colours. I love bokeh. I love macro. And when I'm able to combine all those aspects? 

Pure bliss :)

My weapons of choice: 

- a Canon EOS 500D 

- EF-S 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 (kit lens) 

- EF 50mm f/1.4 

- EF 100mm f/2.8

- Nikon Coolpix P310

- iPhone 4/Instagram

 

I consider it a challenge to produce beautiful pictures straight out of the camera, although I also love to use Instagram and Photoshop to add filters or fonts to my photographs from time to time. 

Looking at the world through a lens is a great way to notice, capture and appreciate life. I love taking time for it, I love blogging about what I’ve seen, and I love sharing the results on Flickr.
